Quality assurances
The member organizations of L’Office commit to the terms of the Quality Contract which has been put together in collaboration with a number of consumer associations as well as the two largest parent’s unions in France, the UNAPEL and the FCPE.
The Quality Contrat is the point of reference from which the member organizations should abide when offering a programme. The organizations sign a contract obliging them to respect and conform to the criteria and standards within it.
These guarantees concern :
- the organisation of the programmes
- the reception of the participants
- the accommodation
- the supervision
- the transport
- the programme in itself
The Contract applies to the following programmes in France and abroad :
- Language programmes
- School trips
- Long term programmes
- Au Pair programmes
- Programmes in Language schools
As the only association of its kind in France, L’Office offers all consumers’ access to the Mediatory Commission who can be called upon in case of a dispute with a member organization.
