Mediatory commission
L’Office, since its creation in 1997, has had in place a mediatory commission whose role is to look at any disputes relating to a member organization. The commission is made up of professionals from the language travel sector, parent’s representatives (FCPE, UNAPEL) and consumer associations such as CNAFAL, ALLDC or the CLCV.
The commission’s role is to listen to young people, parents, teachers or students who may have a grievance as well as to consumer associations and parents unions so as to help them in their role as advisor. Any advice given by the commission is given on a consensual basis. The organization implicated agrees to accept and respect the decision of the commission whose decision is final.
